Coast Academy Choir
Wednesdays 7.15-8.15
Coast Academy Choir is a great way for our extended Coast Academy community to get together, have a laugh and sing a new song every week. Song requests encouraged!
- Learn how to harmonise and develop vocal techniques in a fun social environment
- Fun arrangements of modern contemporary pop songs
- Sing and Sip!: Bring your own wine (18+) or favourite beverage
$150/10 week term
Coast Academy Kids
Coast Academy Kids group lessons are the perfect introduction to music for primary school aged students. Whether it be guitar, ukulele or piano, our group lessons teach children the basics of music and performance in a fun group setting and establish the foundations for them to become amazing musicians!
Students will learn:
Chords, rhythm, melodies and riffs, how to read music and tablature and all the fun songs they love!
$180/10 week term
Sing & Strum
Thursday 6.00-6.30pm
The Coast Academy Sing and Strum class is an opportunity for students with basic chord and rhythm abilities to get together and learn a new song every week! Great for beginner buskers to build up their setlists or just a fun group experience for long time guitar players who want to jam!
You will learn your favourite songs in a fun group environment, vocal techniques, rhythms & strumming, how to play music with other people & more!
$180/10 week term.
Songwriting
Wednesdays 5.30-6.15
Always wanted to write your own songs but not sure where to start? Or just want to get back into the habit of writing songs under the guidance of an experienced award winning songwriter?
The Coast Academy of Music Songwriting Class is for you.
Learn song structure, lyric writing, creating melodies, harmonization & more!!
$180/10 week term.
